Aleks Chmura

After finishing her training as a chef in 2015, Ms Chmura got extensive experience in different kitchens, with a special focus on vegan, vegetarian, and Ayurvedic cuisine. From 2018 to 2021, she also trained as a holistic Ayurvedic nutrition and health consultant. She has been part of the Parkschlösschen kitchen team since 2024, where she brings her passion for creative, healthy cuisine to the table.
