People with a Vata constitution love fast and energetic activities, but must be careful not to overexert themselves, as otherwise a Dosha-imbalance can occur, and the risk of injury increases. In general, Vata types tire more quickly and are not particularly enduring.
For these reasons, warm, harmonising and flowing movements are particularly recommended for Vata constitutions. Excessive impact should be avoided. Sports such as yoga and Nordic walking, dancing (ballet, dance gymnastics), golf or aqua fitness are suitable.
