Rasayana Energy Balls

Delicious, healthy and quick to prepare: energy balls are the perfect snack between meals!

Ingredients

100 g cashew nuts
20 g pistachios
20 g peeled almonds
20 g of dried apricots
20 g honey
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 pinch of coriander
1 pinch of anise
1 pinch of nutmeg
150 ml of non-diary milk
grated nuts of your choice, for coating

Preparation

Warm up the milk slightly (lukewarm) and soak all ingredients in it for an hour. Then puree everything together and shape into balls. Finally roll in grated nuts – done!
