Relaxing foot massage in the evening
Start with a warm foot bath. Stay present in the here and now, and do not allow yourself to be distracted, e.g. by reading or talking on the phone. Relax all your senses. Calming temple massage
Use your middle finger to circle your temple clockwise 10 times (medium pressure) two finger widths from your eyes. You can also treat the point between your eyebrows in the same way. This massage has a relaxing effect and can be used anywhere.
