Warm, dynamic, demanding sports requiring endurance are particularly recommended. These have a stimulating effect and energise the Kapha Dosha.
Suitable sports include cycling, aerobics, Nordic walking, swimming and tennis. People with a Kapha constitution also feel particularly at home playing team sports such as handball or lacrosse.
